St. Andrew's managed another overtime win today against Archmere by a score of 5-4. Once again, the combination of Taylor White dodging and feeding Bucky Pierce on the crease equaled the game winner.

As one parent described today "winning ugly is better than losing ugly" and that was clearly the case today. St. Andrew's had a very difficult time holding on to the ball today and again came out lethargic. St. Andrew's trailed by a 4-1 score in the fourth quarter before they came back to score 4 unanswered goals to gain the victory. In addition to Bucky Pierce, goal scorers for SAS were Max Dynerman, Luke Walter and Taylor White.

Dan Dittmar again played very well in the goal and the defense was stalwart throughout. Will McIntosh played his best game of the season and Ben McDonald completely shut down his attackman.

All in all, everyone was thankful for the win and agreed that there is a lot of work to be done going forward.
